to the so-called remedies to wenn one from the use of opium, also to :

2 Veterinary surgeons in places where a dispensary exists; 3. Persons, qualified to practise dental surgery;

4. Managers of private hospitals. to whom the Head of the

Civil Medical Service has given his consent.

Further the possession is also allowed to those,

to whom it is prescribed by a qualified physician,

Sle to other than the above-mentioned persons

is forbidden.
